Our Chesterfield sofa bed is made in the same way as a ‘normal’ Chesterfield sofa. The pull-out sleeping area is completely sunken into the sofa. You can pull it out with a handle, which is very easy and light, so no hassle. The bed itself is made of a metal frame with a sprung slatted base. On top of that comes a 7 cm thick mattress. When the sleeping area is stored away again, you can’t tell from the outside that it’s a sofa bed. So you can place this sofa bed in your living room, for example.
